It was important for the CTF Center to integrate the faucets and soap dispensers into the overall restroom design while providing visitors with a touch-free, comfortable experience. Ease of maintenance was also vital to CTF when selecting restroom products. As a super-high-rise complex, the commercial area of CTF Finance Center specified Sloan’s Optima® ETF-80 Faucets and ESD-250 Liquid Soap Dispensers, both with polished chrome finish to highlight the building’s modern design. The flow rate is a water-efficient 1.9 Lpm (0.5 gpm). The faucets and soap dispensers are also touch-free and provide greater hand hygiene for users.
High-efficiency, water-saving
The office area of the high-rise specified Sloan® SF-2150 Faucets with precise infrared sensors for touch-free, convenient operation. The flow rate of 1.9 Lpm (0.5 gpm) helps the CTF Finance Center achieve water savings and LEED-CS gold certification.
